JOB CRAFTING DAN EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING PADA KARYAWAN GENERASI Y DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini hendak melihat hubungan antara job crafting dengan employee well-being pada karyawan generasi Y di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 983 partisipan yang sedang bekerja sebagai karyawan di Indonesia yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik sampling purposive. Terdapat 2 alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Job Crafting Questionnaire (JCQ; Slemp and Vella-Brodrick) oleh Berg, Dutton, & Wrzeniewski, (2013) dengan koefisien alpha cronbach sebesar 0.84 dan Skala Employee Well-being yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dengan dasar teori dari Grant, (2007) dengan koefisien alpha cronbach sebesar 0.905. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisa data,  (r = 0.468 ; <0,05) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara job crafting dengan employee well-being pada karyawan generasi Y, dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima.
