HUBUNGAN ANTARA PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA MAHASISWA UNDIP

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychological capital dengan komitmen organisasi pada mahasiswa. Psychological capital  adalah kapasitas psikologis individu yang bersifat positif dengan karakteristik efikasi diri, optimisme, harapan, dan resiliensi. Komitmen organisasi adalah keadaan psikologis individu dari hubungan individu tersebut sebagai anggota organisasi dengan organisasinya  yang berimplikasi terhadap keputusan bertahan atau keluar dari organisasi tersebut. Subjek penelitian 89 anggota BEM dan SM Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang yang didapatkan dengan teknik convinience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala psychological capital (21 aitem, α= .909) dan skala komitmen organisasi (komitmen afektif  α= .901, komitmen kontinuan α= .831, komitmen normatif  α= .780). Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological capital dengan komitmen afektif (rxy= .702; p= .000; p< .05), komitmen kontinuan (rxy = 0,671; p= .000; p< .05), dan komitmen normatif (rxy = 0,667; p= .000; p< .05).  Psychological capital memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 49.3% pada komitmen afektif, sebesar 45% pada komitmen kontinuan, dan sebesar 44.5% pada komitmen normatif.
