HUBUNGAN ANTARA WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT DENGAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN WANITA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work-family conflict dengan keterlibatan kerja pada karyawan wanita di Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (BATAN). Sampel berjumlah 123 orang karyawan wanita dengan karakteristik subjek penelitian yaitu telah menikah dan memiliki anak. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Work-FamilyConflict (N = 20 aitem, α = .86) dan Skala Keterlibatan Kerja (N = 22 aitem, α = .84). Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara work-family conflict dengan keterlibatan kerja (rxy = -.32 dengan p< .001) yang berarti bahwa semakin positif work-family conflict maka semakin rendah keterlibatan kerja. Work-family conflict memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 10% terhadap keterlibatan kerja.
