Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan PT GMF AeroAsia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dlakukan dengan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dua skala, yaitu Skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebanyak 22 aitem ( α = 0,866) dan Skala Leader Member Exchange sebanyak 34 aitem (α = 0936). Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan perolehan rxy = 0,643 dengan tingkan signifikansi korelasi pada p = 0,000 (p <0,001), yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara organizational citizenship behavior dengan leader member exchange. Semakin tinggi leader member exchange maka semakin tinggi organizational citizenship behavior. Leader member exchange memberikan kontribusi sebesar 41,4% terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
