OCB dapat dimunculkan pada karyawan dengan membuat karyawan merasakan happiness at work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara happiness at work dengan OCB pada karyawan Generasi Y PT. PLN (persero). Penelitian ini melibatkan 66 karyawan Generasi Y melalui teknik simple ramdom sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala OCB (N aitem = 48; α = 0,944) dan skala happiness at work (N aitem= 39 ; α = 0,924). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat korelasi positif antara happiness at work dengan OCB (rxy = 0,585 ; p < 0,01). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin karyawan Generasi Y merasakan happiness at work maka semakin tinggi pula OCB pada karyawan Generasi Y.
