Abstract
ABSTRACT Nurses play a crucial role as providers of nursing care; they can deliver nursing services both directly and indirectly. The increasing demands of society for healthcare services expect nurses to exhibit extra-role behavior or organizational citizenship behavior. The OCB for nurses in hospitals will provide added value to the hospital. This research aims to determine the effect of Religiosity, Employee Engagement, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among nurses at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The research results indicate that the variables of Religiosity, Employee Engagement, and Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among nurses at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The population in this study is the nurses of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The sampling technique used the census technique, a sampling technique in which all members are filled in as a sample. The analysis tool used in this study was SPSS 26
