ANALISIS PENGARUH SPIRITUALITAS ISLAM DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL AFEKTIF TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE (OCBIP) (Studi Pada Pegawai Bank Syariah Indonesia Di Kota Semarang)

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic spirituality and affective organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspective (OCBIP). The population in this study was conducted on employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Semarang City as many as 139 employees, with a research sample of 81 employees. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire, with a Likert scale of 1-5 in data collection. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Islamic spirituality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspective (OCBIP), as well as a positive and significant influence between affective organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspective (OCBIP)
