Abstract
ABSTRACT Every institute has their target to gain and reach a high performance, and be able to indicate a decrease in performance. Therefore, intitutes should focus on their communication between leaders and employees, in order to gain a high performance, they also should focus on their organizational culture to ensure that teamwork skills create a good collaboration. The purpose of this study tested the effect of Inclusive Leadership and Organizational Culture on job performance through Innovative Work Behavior as mediating. Based on job performance data Dinas Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah’s employees, there was a decrease in job performance in 2019. The phenomenon of decreasing performance is what underlies this research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The questionnaire was distributed to Dinas Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah’s employees, the returned and valid questionnaire results were 60 samples. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling. Data processing using SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software as a data analysis technique. The results showed that (1) Inclusive Leadership has negative and insignificant effect to the Job Performance. (2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant to the Job Performance. (3) Both Inclusive Leadership and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant to the Innovative Work Behavior. (5) Innovative Work Behavior has a positive and significant to the Job Performance
