PENERAPAN MATURITAS MANAJEMEN RISIKO, MEMAHAMI LEVEL MATURITAS YANG RELATIF RENDAH: STUDI KASUS DI PT XYZ

Abstract

This study aims to see the application of corporate risk management maturity (ERM) at PT XYZ. Data were gathered through interviews with PT XYZ employees in the Corporate Risk Monitoring and Reporting Unit (PRK) within the Corporate Risk Management Division (MRK) as the Company's Risk Manager. In addition, risk manajement maturity assessment document was also reviewed. The results of this study indicate that in practice, companies do not carry out risk manatement maturity assessment regularly and did not aim to enhance the level of maturity. Thus implementation of ERM maturity is not optimal and needs improvement. The organization has not yet made Risk Management maturity a habitual activity.
