PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN RANSUM YANG DIPERAM DENGAN SARI DAUN PEPAYA (Carica papaya) TERHADAP PROTEIN DARAH DAN HEMOGLOBIN PADA AYAM BROILER

Sari daun pepaya mengandung enzim papain yang dapat membantu pencernaan protein dalam saluran pencernaan. Enzim papain memecah nutrisi pakan berupa protein kompleks menjadi protein yang lebih sederhana. Protein darah dan hemoglobin merupakan indikator dalam pengamatan nutrisi ayam broiler. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan ransum yang diperam dengan sari daun pepaya (Carica papaya) terhadap kadar protein darah dan hemoglobin. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian yaitu T0 (ransum tanpa SDP 30%), T1 ( 300ml SDP 30% /kg ransum), T2 (600ml SDP 30% /kg ransum), T3 (900ml SDP 30% /kg ransum). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ransum yang diperam dengan SDP konsentrasi 30% menghasilkan nilai protein darah dan hemoglobin yang normal tetapi menyebabkan penurunan konsumsi pakan dan bobot badan ayam broiler.

ABSTRACT
Sari papaya leaf contains papain enzym to help digestion of protein in the digestive tract. Enzyme papain break down nutrients such as protein complexes of feed become much simpler. Blood protein and hemoglobin is an indicator of the broiler nutrition observation. The experiment aimed at studying the effect of the use of ration brooded with sari papaya leaf (Carica papaya) on blood protein and hemoglobin. The Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 3 replications were used in this experiment. Treatment research is T0 (ration without SDP 30%), T1 (300ml SDP 30% / kg feed), T2 (30% 600ml SDP / kg feed), T3 (30% 900ml SDP / kg feed). The results showed that use of rations are brooded by sari papaya leaf (Carica papaya) concentration of 30% make blood protein and hemoglobin values were normal but cause a decrease in feed intake and body weight of broiler chickens.
