EFISIENSI DAN PERSISTENSI PRODUKSI SUSU PADA SAPI FRIESIAN HOLSTEIN AKIBAT IMBANGAN HIJAUAN DAN KONSENTRAT BERBEDA (The Efficiency and Persistency of Milk Production on Friesian Holstein Dairy Cows Fed at Different Forage and Concentrate Feeding Ratio)

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi dan persistensi produksi susu akibat imbangan pakan hijauan dan konsentrat berbeda. Materi yang digunakan adalah 12 ekor sapi perah Friesian Holstein bulan laktasi II dan III dengan bobot badan rata-rata 456,21 ± 20,83 kg (CV = 4,95%) dan produksi susu rata-rata 10,05 ± 1,24 liter (CV = 12,83%). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diujikan yaitu pemberian ransum dengan imbangan hijauan dan konsentrat : T0 = 50:50; T1 = 55:45 dan T2 = 60:40. Data dianalisis ragam menggunakan uji F dan apabila terdapat perbedaan dilakukan uji lanjut menggunakan uji Duncan. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan imbangan pakan hijauan dan konsentrat tidak berpengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap kecernaan energi ransum (T0= 88,27; T1= 88,02 dan T3= 87,91 %), energi susu (T0=921,60; T1=1.174,53 dan T2=1.132,68 kkal/liter) dan persistensi produksi susu (T0=93,50; T1=100,26 dan T2=84,21%). Perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap energi tercerna (T0=16,05; T1= 13,66 dan T2= 8,34 Mkal/hari) dan efisiensi produksi susu (T0=27,84; T1=37,69 dan T2=39,62%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah imbangan hijauan dan konsentrat yang berbeda dalam ransum sapi perah friesian holstein tidak mengubah persistensi produksi susu tetapi meningkatkan efisiensi produksi susu.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this experiment was to determine the efficiency and persistency of milk production as a result of forage and concentrates rations. The materials used were twelve Friesian Holstein lactating cows in lactation II and III month at averaged body weight of 456.21±20.83 kg (CV=4.95%) and the averaged milk production of 10.05±1.24 liters (CV =12.83%). The experimental design used was a completely randomized design for 3 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were rations of forage and concentrate at 50:50 (T0); 55:45 (T1) and 60:40 (T2). Data were analyzed using ANOVA and further test using Duncan Multiple Range Test were used at any significant differences. The results showed that the forage and concentrate ratio on the ration of Friesian Holstein dairy cows was not significantly different (P>0.05) the digestibility of energy (T0= 88.27; T1=88.02 and T2=87.91%), milk energy (T0=921.60; T1= 1,174.53 and T2=1,132.68 kcal/liter), persistencies of milk (T0=93.50; T1=100.26 and T2=84.21%) respectively. There was high significantly different (P<0.01) to the digestible energy (T0=16.05; T1=13.66 and T2=8.34 Mcal/day) and milk production efficiencies (T0= 27.84; T1=37.69 and T2=39.62%). This study concluded that the ratio of forage and concentrate in Friesian Holstein dairy cows feeding was failed to change the persistencies of milk production but increase the milk production efficiencies.
