PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENGISIAN BAHAN BAKAR PREMIUM DAN SOLAR BERSUBSIDI DENGAN TEKNOLOGI RFID SEBAGAI PEMBATAS JUMLAH BELI DAN PEMBELI

Saat ini terdapat berbagai aplikasi dari kemajuan teknologi yang telah diciptakan dan menggantikan sistem konvesional. Salah satu contohnya adalah sistem RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). Sistem RFID kini telah banyak digunakan baik sebagai perangkat sistem keamanan ruangan, pembayaran biaya tol secara otomatis, dan daftar presensi harian di perkantoran maupun institusi pendidikan.TugasakhirmenawarkansebuahrancanganSistemPengisianBahanBakarUmum (SPBU) khususnya BBM bersubsidi yang memanfaatkan teknologi RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). Selain kendaraan dengan kartu tag RFID yang sudah terdaftar tidak diperbolehkan membeli BBM bersubsidi. Dari hasil pengujian fungsi sistem RFID sebagai akses untuk melakukan pengisian BBM bersubsidi sudah sesuai dengan algoritma yang diinginkan. Hanya pengguna BBM bersubsidi yang memiliki tag yang nomor serinya telah terdaftar ke dalam database yang dapat melakukan pembelian terhadap BBM bersubsidi, yang mana jumlah pembelian setiap bulannya juga terbatas.

Abstract

Nowadays, various applications of technology have been created to replace the conventional system. One of the emerging technologies is RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system. RFID may be implemented for several applications such as security, inventory detection or access control in the office area. RFID allows users to do activities in a quick, effective and more secure way. This final assignment offers a design of a public refueling system using RFID technology especially for subsidized fuel. By using RFID tags as a tool of access and RFID reader as an access control, a faster, safer and more effective access control system can be made. Only vehicle with RFID tag cards that have been registered are allowed to buy the subsidized fuel.The result of this study shows that, the function of the RFID system tested to access the subsidized fuel charge is in accordance with the desired algorithm. Only users of the subsidized fuel who have tag with a serial number that has been registered into the database can make purchases of the subsidized fuel. In addition to this, the monthly amount of purchases is also limited.
