PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN PEMERIKSAAN KESEHATAN BERBASIS WEB DENGAN SISTEM PENDAFTARAN BERGERAK

Sistem informasi merupakan suatu kumpulan dari komponen-komponen dalam sebuah institusi yang berhubungan dengan proses penciptaan dan pengaliran informasi. Keberadaan  sistem informasi bukan hanya digunakan sebagai faktor pendukung saja, tetapi juga sebagai alat untuk bersaing dengan institusi yang lain. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah model sistem informasi pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan berbasis web dengan contoh implementasi pada RB/BP MTA. Pada model sistem informasi pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan ini pasien dapat dengan mudah melihat informasi dokter praktek dan mendaftar periksa secara on-line melalui web atau melalui SMS. Selain itu sistem informasi pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan dirancang untuk membantu proses kerja pada RB/BP MTA yang meliputi pencatatan data pasien, transaksi periksa pasien dan rekam medis pasien. Hasil pengujian pada akses jaringan lokal komputer dan layanan  SMS menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan ini dapat diimplementasikan sebagai sistem informasi pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan pada RB/BP MTA.

Abstract

The information system is a collection of components within an institution related to the creation and streaming of information. The existence of the information system is not only used as a contributing factor, but also as a means to compete with other institutions. In this research designed an information system model of a web-based health services with a sample implementation of the RB / BP MTA. In the model of health care information systems is the patient can easily see your doctor and practice information check register on-line via the web or via SMS. Besides health care information system designed to help the process of working on the RB / BP MTA that include recording patient data, transactions, check the patient and the patient's medical record. The test results on the local computer network access and SMS services suggests that health care information systems can be implemented as a system of health care information on the RB / BP MTA.
