PENGARUH pH DAN NUTRISI KALIUM TERHADAP PENYISIHAN PARAMETER TOTAL N DAN TOTAL P PADA REMEDIASI AIR RAWA PENING MENGGUNAKAN MIKROALGA

Abstract


Rawa Pening meets with environment degradation like others lakes in Indonesia which is cause by pollutant from the outside. Inputs of organic and inorganic substances derived from domestic waste in the form of nutrients , especially nitrogen and phosphate into an Rawa Pening aquatic that exceeds the ability of the ecosystem can lead to eutrophication . Remediation technologies using microalgae which utilize symbiotic microalgae - bacteria in the womb aside total excess nitrogen and total phosphate in Rawa Pening . In this study, the use of six ( 6 ) variations in nutrient enrichment element K in the form of KCl and ( 6 ) to determine the effect of pH variation of macro nutrients are best for performance microalgae . Variations penambahaan KCl , among others : 0 mg / L 0.03 mg / L, 0.05 mg / L; 0,07 mg/L; 0,09 mg/L; and 1,10 mg/L, for pH variations include: 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , and 10 . The best addition of KCl , the addition of KCl 0.07 mg / l at pH variations 7 , 8 , and 9, with the percentage of total nitrogen removal is 32.26 %, 40.04 % and 33.88 % . Percentage of total removal of the largest phosphate is as follows : 30.57 % , 46.27 % and 33.89 %
