Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the government to implement a social restriction policy in an effort to reduce the rate of transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic. The agricultural sector is experiencing disruption due to limitations in distributing goods and services from villages to cities and vice versa. This affects the agricultural production process which has an impact on decreasing farmers' income and welfare. This condition occurs in Tegowanu District, Grobogan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of livelihood resilience of farmer households during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tegowanu District, Grobogan. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques used, questionnaires, interviews, and document review. The analysis technique uses the livelihood resilience index (LRI) to determine the level of livelihood resilience through the five livelihood capital approach. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a change in the level of livelihood resilience of farmers, namely before the pandemic it was in the very high category with an index value of 0.66 and during the pandemic it was in the moderate category with an index value of 0.51. This is due to changes in natural, financial, and social capital.
