Dermatological status in the facial region and superior extremities showed multiple hyperpigmented macules and patches, well defined, geographic shape, sizes vary. Bacteriological examination with Slit Skin Smear on the earlobes found 1-10 Acid-Fast Bacilli (AFB) / 100 fields of view (+1). Bacteriological Index obtained +1.
