Abstract
The rapid development of technology provides many benefits for human life. Technological advancements can make all human activities easier. The government presents an innovation in the form of a digital payment system called Electronic Money (E-Money) to assist in public service processes in the public transportation sector, namely Transjakarta. E-Money is issued to provide convenience to the public in the payment process, especially in the Transjakarta corridor 10 service. However, in its implementation, various complaints from users have still been found, such as slow tap machine responses, double deductions of balances, and frequently malfunctioning balance top-up machines. This research aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on the Intention to Use E-Money among passengers of Transjakarta corridor 10. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The sample obtained was 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data was collected thru the distribution of questionnaires using purposive sampling techniques and analyzed using the SPSS application, showing the results of data processing thru instrument tests, multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination value obtained is 73.3%, which means that the variation in Intention to Use can explain Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Meanwhile, the remaining 26.7% is influenced by other factors outside the study. These results indicate that the greater the perceived usefulness and ease of use felt by Transjakarta passengers when using E-Money, the higher the users' intention to use E-Money on the Transjakarta corridor 10 service.
