Population growth affects the increasing need for mobility in people's daily lives. This strategic location makes Semarang City a city with a high level of community mobility. Public transportation is needed to support increasing community mobility and to address various resulting impacts. One of the government's efforts to meet the public's need for transportation is the launch of BRT Trans Semarang, with the expectation of fulfilling the need for mass transportation and addressing various urban transportation problems. Various developments have also been implemented to improve service delivery, including the digitalization of the payment system. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of non-cash payment services on BRT Trans Semarang. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a 4- point Likert scale through questionnaires. The results show that non-cash payment services on BRT Trans Semarang have generally been implemented effectively. The flexibility indicator obtained a score of 3.23, categorized as good. The practicality indicator obtained a score of 3.20, categorized as good. The security indicator obtained a score of 3.34, categorized as very good. The payment system modernization indicator obtained a score of 3.34, categorized as very good. Overall, the descriptive statistical analysis of 100 respondents resulted in a mean score of 131.32, which, when converted into an average score per statement, resulted in 3.28. This indicates that users' assessment of non-cash payment services on BRT Trans Semarang is excellent and tends to be positive.
