This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Award Program for High-Achieving Youth in Wonogiri Regency based on Prasojo’s best-practice indicators, namely impact, partnership, sustainability, leadership, sustainability, leadership, and transferability, as well as to identify the factors supporting the program’s success using Doley’s theory of organizational innovation drivers, which consists of leadership, strategy and performance, group empowerment, engineering and renewal, and learning and communication. The research results indicate that the Award Program for High-Achieving Youth in Wonogiri Regency has met the criteria for best practice through its economic, academic, and regional development impacts; collaboration among stakeholders; adequate legislative and budgetary support; commitment from local leaders; and replication of the innovation by other regions. Factors supporting the implementation of program innovations include leadership through clear guidance and task allocation, strategies and performance based on continuous evaluation, group empowerment through capacity building for implementers, innovation through the development of the SIMAPRES application, as well as learning and communication facilitated by intensive communication among implementers and program outreach to the community.}, pages = {172--192} doi = {10.14710/jmpp.v15i3.59867}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jppmr/article/view/59867} }
