This research is motivated by the high number of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) cases in Semarang City and the importance of community acceptance in supporting the successful implementation of the Wolbachia program, particularly in areas still under the ongoing Phase III of implementation. This research employs a quantitative approach using stratified random sampling with equal allocation per RW (Rukun Warga/Neighborhood Unit), with a total of 100 respondents drawn from 10 RWs in Tlogomulyo Urban Village, Semarang City. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS application. The tests used include validity tests, reliability tests, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality tests, and Spearman's rho rank correlation tests. The results indicate that there is no significant relationship between health perception and community acceptance (r = 0.186; p = 0.064; p > 0.05), and no significant relationship between public trust and community acceptance (r = -0.085; p = 0.400; p > 0.05). Meanwhile, social support was proven to have a significant relationship with community acceptance (r = 0.584; p = 0.000; p < 0.05) with a moderate and positive correlation strength, and is the only variable proven to have a significant relationship in this study. This research recommends strengthening social support through RT/RW-based socialization, empowering health cadres as facilitators of misinformation clarification forums, and actively involving community leaders and community networks as the primary strategy for improving community acceptance of the Wolbachia program in accordance with the determined implementation targets.}, pages = {138--153} doi = {10.14710/jmpp.v15i3.59839}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jppmr/article/view/59839} }
