Abstract
The arrangement of green open spaces (RTH) in Semarang City is clearly regulated in Pasal 4 Peraturan Daerah Kota Semarang Nomor 7 Tahun 2010, which states that the arrangement of green open spaces includes intrinsic and extrinsic functions. Within the scope of Semarang City, Tugu Subdistrict ranks second as an area with a shortage of public RTH. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of stakeholders in the arrangement of RTH in Tugu Subdistrict, Semarang City. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Semarang City Regional Government plays its role by providing operational assistance to the community, the Semarang City Housing and Settlement Agency plays its role by providing city parks, and the Semarang City Environment Agency plays its role by providing seedlings, planting trees, and conducting routine cleaning. Tugu District plays its role by providing public facilities and routine maintenance. The Tugu Subdistrict Of ice carried out its role by monitoring the greening program, the private sector carried out its role through a CSR program for mangrove planting, and the Tugu Subdistrict community as the target group carried out its role through the TOGA planting program, the one house one tree program, and the utilization of operational assistance.
