The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consisted of Patrawisa Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), the Village Government of Limbasari, the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes), local community members, and the Department of Youth, Sports, and Tourism (Dinporapar) of Purbalingga. The findings indicate that the partnership involves multiple stakeholders who share the same goal of revitalizing the tourism village after a decline due to the pandemic. Pokdarwis acts as the main manager, the village government serves as a policy facilitator, while the community participates in local economic activities. BUMDes has expressed readiness to engage formally but has not yet taken an operational role. Based on Huxham & Vangen’s partnership theory, the indicators of common aim and commitment are evident, while communication, sharing power, and compromise still need improvement. According to Notoatmodjo’s partnership principles, equity and potential mutual benefits are present, though transparency and benefit distribution remain uneven. It can be concluded that the partnership in the development of Limbasari Tourism Village is in a growing phase and requires stronger coordination and formal involvement of all stakeholders to ensure optimal and sustainable collaboration.}, pages = {531--540} doi = {10.14710/jppmr.v14i3.53595}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jppmr/article/view/53595} }
