ANALISIS ATRIBUT INOVASI RSTMG RAMAH DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG

Abstract

RSTMG RAMAH innovation is one of the application-based service innovation programmes carried out by Temanggung Regency Hospital for online registration of non-emergency patients who already have a medical record number. This research aims to analyse and describe the attributes of RSTMG RAMAH innovation at Temanggung Regency General Hospital. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with data sources in the form of primary data obtained from observations and interviews, as well as secondary data in the form of documents and literature sources related to the research. The subjects of this research were several employees of Temanggung Regional General Hospital and the community of RSTMG RAMAH innovation service users. The research informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) In the implementation of the RSTMG RAMAH innovation, there is a relative advantage, namely the RSTMG RAMAH innovation has more superior value compared to previous innovations, so as to increase service satisfaction. (2) There is conformity with the previous innovation, namely online patient registration via SMS. (3) The implementation of the RSTMG RAMAH innovation was not found to be complicated by employees or service users. (4) This innovation has passed the trial stage before being implemented. (5) The RSTMG RAMAH application has been designed with easy access to services and features that are easy to understand, so in terms of utilisation it is very easy to observe and implement.
