ANALISIS PUBLIC VALUE DALAM PENERAPAN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI DOKUMEN ONLINE LAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN (SINDOLALAK) DI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Abstract

In supporting the SPBE policy in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018, the Purworejo Regency Government through the Population and Civil Registration Office created an innovative online population document service known as SINDOLALAK. This application is designed to make it easier for people to access population administration services online. However, in its application, this application is still not optimal by having various problems, such as limited device access, many negative user reviews, low public interest, and slow complaint service response. This study aims to describe Public Value in the implementation of the SINDOLALAK application in Purworejo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The analysis of the results of the research was carried out using the strategic triangle theory approach of Mark Moore (1995) which includes three dimensions: legitimacy and support, operational capability, and substantial value.
