Evaluating the implementation of this program is essential to assess its effectiveness in improving the welfare of poor communities, particularly in Bintoro Sub-district, Demak District, Central Java. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of PKH using the input–process–output evaluation model developed by Bridgman and Davis. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indi cate that PKH implementation in Bintoro has had a positive impact on reducing poverty rates and increasing access to basic services such as education and healthcare. However, several challenges remain, including limited human resources, delays in fund disbursement, technical issues in the e-PKH data entry system, and instances of aid misuse by some Beneficiary Families (KPM). Therefore, improvements in program management, capacity building for social facilitators, and strengthening of monitoring and evaluation systems are necessary to ensure that the program operates more optimally and reaches its intended targets.}, pages = {186--202} doi = {10.14710/jppmr.v14i3.53001}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jppmr/article/view/53001} }
