This study aims to analyze the role of Antasena Magelang Center in handling ABH rehabilitation in Magelang Regency and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of Antasena Magelang Center. The results of the study indicate that the role of Antasena Magelang Center in handling ABH rehabilitation is interrelated in the program implementation process. The main supporting factors include good institutional synergy between the Center and government agencies, educational institutions, and the community, as well as the implementation of an individual needs-based approach that allows the rehabilitation process to be more adaptive and targeted. In addition, employee commitment and community involvement through the ATENSI program also contribute to creating an environment that supports broader social reintegration of ABH. However, the implementation of this role is not free from obstacles, such as limited human resources, lack of specialization of companions, low family participation, and social stigma that continues to be attached to ABH, all of which hinder the effectiveness of rehabilitation as a whole. Recommendations given in this study include improving facilities and infrastructure, strengthening HR competency and capacity, increasing collaboration and representation, optimizing education and socialization of social reintegration, and improving internal dispute handling strategies.}, pages = {140--153} doi = {10.14710/jppmr.v14i3.52995}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jppmr/article/view/52995} }
