KESIAPSIAGAAN TIM BAPENA PPNI DALAM MENANGANI KORBAN BENCANA TANAH LONGSOR DI KOTA SEMARANG
Abstract
Semarang City recorded the highest landslide incident in Central Java in 2023 so preparedness is key in disaster management. Bapena PPNI strives to prevent fatalities through various preparedness measures, although it still faces obstacles in the ability to mobilize resources. This study aims to identify the preparedness of the Bapena PPNI team in responding to landslide disaster victims in Semarang City. This study uses a qualitative method using primary and secondary data sources. The results of the study show that preparedness has been carried out through personnel preparation, a clear organizational structure, cooperation with related agencies, and allocation of aid funds. However, there are obstacles such as lack of independent training, limited personnel who must carry out two roles, and limited medical equipment. Although preparedness is in line with the concept of disaster management, it can be said that its implementation is not yet optimal. Therefore, a more comprehensive approach is needed, including empowering members, forming a standby team, and improving facilities through partner cooperation to improve the effectiveness of health services.
