Abstract

Ease of licensing realization is the main focus in improving the quality of public services. One of the efforts made is the implementation of SIPANJIMAS innovation under the authority of the Banyumas Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. This study aims to analyze the attributes of SIPANJIMAS innovation and identify the driving and inhibiting factors of SIPANJIMAS innovation. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type and uses informant selection techniques, namely purposive sampling and snowball sampling and tests the validity of data through technical triangulation The transformation of service forms that were previously carried out face-to-face is now carried out online and can be accessed independently by users. The results of this research analysis show that the innovation attributes of SIPANJIMAS at the Banyumas Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office have not fulfilled the attributes of relative advantage and complexity. Furthermore, SIPANJIMAS innovation must provide benefits for both users and service providers, and minimize complexity for users, as well as face-to-face socialization to the community to increase the ease of disseminating SIPANJIMAS information.
