PROSES COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN TATA KELOLA MIKROTRANS DALAM SISTEM JAKLINGKO KOTA JAKARTA RUTE JAK.36 CILANGKAP-CILILITAN

Abstract

This research focuses on the process of collaborative governance to integrate microtrans management into the JakLingko public transportation system on the Jak.36 Cilangkap-Cililitan route. The research problem raised is how the collaborative governance process can realize the integration of microtrans management into the JakLingko system in Jakarta City on the Jak.36 Cilangkap-Cililitan route. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the collaboration process between stakeholders in microtrans management and its impact on the transportation system. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and relevant literature studies. The results of the study show that the collaborative governance process in microtrans management within the JakLingko system is carried out through intensive face-to-face dialogues, usually held quarterly, with some unscheduled meetings. The process also includes the building of trust among stakeholders, as well as a shared commitment to running a sustainable collaborative process. Additionally, stakeholders make efforts to develop a common understanding of the program’s vision and the challenges faced, which contribute to the effectiveness of the collaboration. This process is flexible and supported by a continuous evaluation mechanism to improve the effectiveness of transportation policies. The study concludes that collaborative governance has played a role in connecting various stakeholders to achieve a more efficient and well-managed transportation system. The conclusion emphasizes that a well-implemented collaborative governance process can create a transportation system that is more efficient, well-managed, and responsive to the needs of Jakarta's residents, particularly on the Jak.36 Cilangkap-Cililitan route
