The findings reveal a strong relationship between social media utilization and political participation (R = 0.911; R² = 82.9%; 0,001 < 0.05), with social media significantly enhancing active political engagement. Generation Z demonstrates a high level of political awareness, with a participation score of 85.18%, leveraging social media platforms to discuss issues, share information, and influence public discourse. However, challenges such as misinformation and the formation of echo chambers underscore the importance of adequate media literacy and political education.
