COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGEMBANGAN WISATA DI KABUPATEN GROBOGAN
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the implementation of the concept of collaborative governance in the development of the Bledug Kuwu tourist attraction in Grobogan Regency. In this context, tourism management is faced with challenges such as less than optimal coordination between stakeholders, budget limitations and inadequate infrastructure. A collaborative governance approach involving cooperation between government, the private sector and local communities is expected to maximize tourism potential and improve regional welfare. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that although collaboration between stakeholders has had a positive impact, several challenges such as lack of understanding of the concept of collaboration, sectoral egos, and lack of government attention still hinder the sustainability of tourism development. This research suggests the need to increase understanding, better coordination, and strengthen regulations to support successful collaboration in sustainable tourism development.
