DIFUSI INOVASI “PASARKU GANDEM” DI PASAR LEGI PARAKAN TEMANGGUNG

Abstract

“Pasarku Gandem” is a breakthrough in market management by UPTD Pasar Legi Parakan and Bappeda Temanggung. “Pasarku Gandem” was created to manage the market in terms of market digitalization, community empowerment of traders and market public services. This was realized so that traditional markets would not fall behind the times and fade away. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used method and source triangulation techniques. The results showed that in the aspect of innovation in “Pasarku Gandem” showed success because it was well received by traders in Pasar Legi Parakan. Furthermore, the aspects of communication channels and social systems have been well received and understood by the trader community. However, the acceptance of this innovation takes a long time due to the different age and educational backgrounds of the traders. However, there are still obstacles in the form of applications, networks, quality of human resources and also budgets that are still not specifically allocated, so that innovation branding is still not optimal. Researchers suggest that to emphasize coordination on stakeholders so that it is expected that the diffusion of innovation can run sustainably.
