IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU DI DPMPTSP KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

Policy implementation is an implementation carried out by a public institution when carrying out their vision and mission, including institutions that focus on public services. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the One Stop Integrated Service policy from DPMPTSP in Semarang City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method to describe the implementation of policies carried out by DPMPTSP in Semarang City to the community. Data was collected through interviews with the Semarang City DPMPTSP. The data was analyzed using triangulation techniques to test the validity of the available data. Based on research analysis, the research results show that the DPMPTSP in Semarang City has implemented their policies well and adapted to the applicable regulations in accordance with Semarang Mayor Regulation Number 109 year 2021. The community is happy with the performance results of the DPMPTSP in Semarang City, which is due to the implementation of the One Stop Integrated Service policy. DPMPTSP in Semarang City has succeeded in reaching many people and helping the community, assisted by massive information technology and OSS-RBA assistance which is said to be very crucial in the service phenomenon today. However, there are several obstacles that are often faced by the DPMPTSP in Semarang City, some people still lack technological literacy, employee skills and miscommunication between stakeholders. Suggestions given in this research include increasing human resource training, conducting outreach and education regarding the implementation of one-stop integrated service policies, increasing coordination between stakeholders, strengthening information systems and monitoring and evaluation related to the implementation of policies implemented. It is hoped that this research can contribute to efforts to improve the implementation of the One Stop Integrated Service policy DPMPTSP in Semarang City, and can be better and more effective in the future.
