Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelimpahan dan keanekaragaman makrozoobentos pada tipe perakaran mangrove berbeda di kawasan mangrove Teluk Benoa, Bali serta korelasinya dengan parameter lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2024 hingga Februari 2025 di ekosistem mangrove Teluk Benoa, Bali. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel makrozoobentos diambil pada bagian akar/batang dan sedimen hingga kedalaman 20 cm. Analisis data menggunakan software Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, ditemukan 25 spesies makrozoobentos dari 13 famili. Kelimpahan makrozoobentos tertinggi ditemukan pada tipe akar napas yaitu sebesar 29 ind/m² dan terendah pada tipe akar lutut sebesar 18,78 ind/m². Nilai indeks keanekaragaman pada ketiga tipe perakaran yang berbeda tergolong sedang dengan nilai berkisar antara 2,231-2,596. Nilai parameter lingkungan yang diperoleh masih sesuai untuk kehidupan makrozoobentos. Korelasi pH tanah dan kelimpahan makrozoobentos tergolong kuat dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,557. Korelasi salinitas dengan kelimpahan makrozoobentos tergolong sangat kuat dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,932. Korelasi pH tanah dengan keanekaragaman makrozoobentos tergolong sangat kuat dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,944. Korelasi antara salinitas dan keanekaragaman makrozoobentos tergolong cukup dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,321. The purpose of this study was to determine the abundance and diversity of macrozoobenthos in different mangrove rooting types in the mangrove area of Benoa Bay, Bali and its correlation with environmental parameters. This research was conducted from December 2024 to February 2025 in the mangrove ecosystem of Benoa Bay, Bali. The method used was descriptive with a quantitative approach. Macrozoobenthos samples were taken at the root/stem and sediment to a depth of 20 cm. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel software. Based on the observation, 25 species of macrozoobenthos from 13 families were found. The highest abundance of macrozoobenthos was found in the breath root type which amounted to 29 ind/m² and the lowest in the knee root type at 18.78 ind/m². Diversity index values in the three different root types were classified as moderate with values ranging from 2.231-2.596. Environmental parameter values obtained are still suitable for macrozoobenthos life. Correlation of soil pH and macrozoobenthos abundance is strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.557. Correlation of salinity with macrozoobenthos abundance is very strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.932. Correlation of soil pH with macrozoobenthos diversity is very strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.944. The correlation between salinity and macrozoobenthos diversity is moderate with a correlation coefficient of 0.321. }, issn = {2407-7690}, pages = {179--189} doi = {10.14710/jmr.v15i1.51619}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jmr/article/view/51619} }
