PEMETAAN ILMIAH ASPIRASI DAN PERENCANAAN KARIER SISWA SMA: ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK TERHADAP PUBLIKASI SATU DEKADE TERAKHIR

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan kajian ilmiah mengenai aspirasi dan perencanaan karier siswa SMA dalam kurun waktu 2015–2025 dengan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dari Google Scholar dengan kata kunci high school students career aspirations dan high school students career planning, lalu dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hampir 1.000 dokumen dan lebih dari 900.000 sitasi untuk masing-masing topik, mencerminkan besarnya perhatian akademik. Visualisasi jaringan mengungkap lima klaster utama yang mencakup peran guru, bidang STEM, isu gender, hingga dinamika pasca-pandemi. Career planning menunjukkan pengaruh akademik yang lebih luas, sementara career aspirations penting dalam memahami proses internal siswa dalam membentuk tujuan hidupnya. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang arah riset global dalam bidang pendidikan karier, serta dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dan penelitian lanjutan yang kontekstual dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa masa kini.
