MEMAHAMI JOB-HOPPING PADA GENERASI Z DI ERA KERJA DIGITAL: SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract
Digitalisasi dan perubahan struktur kerja telah membentuk dinamika baru dalam mobilitas karier, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z yang tumbuh sebagai digital native. Salah satu fenomena yang menonjol adalah job-hopping, yang kerap dipersepsikan sebagai rendahnya komitmen kerja. Namun, pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai job-hopping pada Generasi Z dalam konteks era kerja digital masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan bagaimana job-hopping dipahami dalam literatur ilmiah dengan menggunakan kerangka Career Construction Theory. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoping review untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis literatur terkait job-hopping pada Generasi Z dalam konteks kerja digital. Pencarian dilakukan melalui beberapa basis data ilmiah dengan kriteria inklusi tertentu, menghasilkan delapan artikel yang dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa job-hopping dipahami sebagai proses konstruksi karier yang adaptif, dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis individu, kondisi organisasional, dan dinamika kerja digital. Perpindahan kerja berfungsi sebagai strategi eksplorasi, pembelajaran, serta pembentukan identitas karier dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian dunia kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa job-hopping pada Generasi Z perlu dipahami sebagai bagian dari adaptasi karier, bukan semata-mata sebagai perilaku disfungsional, serta memiliki implikasi penting bagi pengembangan teori karier dan praktik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di era digital.
