SCOPING REVIEW: FLOURISHING AT WORK

Abstract

Flourishing at work merupakan konstruk kesejahteraan multidimensional yang semakin banyak dikaji dalam psikologi industri dan organisasi karena perannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi flourishing at work pada karyawan di berbagai konteks organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah scoping review yang relevan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang bersifat eksploratif dan memerlukan pendekatan sintesis literatur. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan pada basis data internasional Scopus, ScienceDirect, Emerald, dan ProQuest dengan kriteria inklusi artikel empiris berbahasa Inggris, diterbitkan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir (2015–2025), tersedia secara open access, serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, kualitatif, atau metode campuran. Sebanyak 12 artikel jurnal dianalisis dalam kajian ini. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa flourishing at work berkorelasi positif dengan berbagai indikator adaptasi kerja, termasuk keterikatan kerja, kepuasan kerja, perilaku kerja ekstra peran, perilaku kerja inovatif, serta kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan, dan berkorelasi negatif dengan keinginan mengundurkan diri dan distress psikologis karyawan. Selain itu, flourishing dipengaruhi oleh interaksi faktor individual dan kontekstual, seperti pemenuhan profesional, makna kerja, sumber daya personal, dukungan organisasi, serta karakteristik konteks kerja yang meliputi sektor industri, skala organisasi, kepemilikan bisnis, dan posisi kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan keberlanjutan organisasi.
