PENGARUH KESENJANGAN TUJUAN KARIER DAN REPUTASI PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP INTENSI MELAMAR KERJA PADA GENERASI Z DI KOTA SURABAYA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kesenjangan tujuan karier dan reputasi perusahaan terhadap intensi melamar kerja pada Generasi Z fresh graduate di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross-sectional. Sebanyak 125 partisipan direkrut melalui teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria fresh graduate lulusan 2023–2025 dari perguruan tinggi di Surabaya yang berada dalam rentang usia Generasi Z dan sedang aktif mencari pekerjaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring menggunakan tiga instrumen, yaitu Skala Career Goals Discrepancies, Corporate Reputation Scale, dan Organization Attraction Scale. Analisis data melalui regresi linear berganda setelah seluruh variabel ditransformasi ke Z-score dan memenuhi rangkain uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesenjangan tujuan karier dan reputasi perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi melamar kerja, sedangkan kesenjangan tujuan karier secara pasial tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi melamar kerja. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa keputusan melamar kerja pada Generasi Z lebih dipengaruhi oleh persepsi terhadap reputasi perusahaan dibandingkan dinamika internal terkait tujuan karier individu dan orang tua.
