PERAN PERSEPSI KEAMANAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPERCAYAAN PADA MANAJEMEN DAN INTENSI KELUAR DARI ORGANISASI: STUDI PADA SEBUAH INDUSTRI PERTAMBANGAN INDONESIA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran keamanan psikologis sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kepercayaan pada manajemen dan intensi keluar karyawan pada industri pertambangan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional non-eksperimental. Data diperoleh dari 310 karyawan aktif di sektor pertambangan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Jamovi 2.4.11 melalui uji mediasi bootstrap 5000 resampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pada manajemen berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada intensi keluar dari organisasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan persepsi keamanan psikologis memediasi hubungan antara kepercayaan kepada manajemen dan intensi keluar dari organisasi. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya membangun kepercayaan pada manajemen sebagai prasyarat untuk menciptakan iklim kerja yang aman secara psikologis dan menekan kecenderungan karyawan untuk keluar.
