Performance data were taken from the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) achievement, while work motivation and job satisfaction were collected through questionnaires. The study employed purposive sampling techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work motivation and job satisfaction do not have a significant effect on performance, either partially or simultaneously. Additional ANOVA analysis revealed a significant effect of educational factors on performance, as well as a correlation between job satisfaction and elderly health services as a performance indicator.
