PENGARUH KOPING RELIGIUS TERHADAP RESILIENSI PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI RS SWASTA X

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran koping religius terhadap resiliensi pada tenaga kesehatan di rs swasta x. Subjek penelitian yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 tenaga kesehatan yang terdiri dari analis kesehatan, apoteker, asisten apoteker, bidan, dokter, perawat, radiolog, dan rekam medik. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Religious Coping Scale yang disusun berdasarkan teori Pargament et al. (2000) dengan reliabilitas 0,858 dan Resilience Scale yang disusun berdasarkan teori McEwen (2011) reliabilitas 0,867. Analisis data yang digunakan oleh penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan sumbangan yang ditemukan sebesar 49.2%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kesehatan yang menggunakan strategi koping religius lebih mampu beradaptasi dan pulih dari tekanan kerja. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan berbasis religiusitas sebagai salah satu intervensi untuk meningkatkan resiliensi tenaga kesehatan.
