Sampel berjumlah 105 perawat yang diperoleh dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah Skala Work Engagement (28 aitem valid, α= 0, 918) dan Skala Leader Member Exchange (LMX) (26 aitem valid, α=0,932). Analisis korelasi Spearman’s menunjukkan nilai rxy = 0,648 dan p=0,000 (p<0,001). Hasil ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dengan work engagement. Semakin positif Leader Member Exchange (LMX) maka semakin tinggi pula Work Engagement. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 42% terhadap work engagement, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini.}, issn = {2829-1859}, pages = {721--726} doi = {10.14710/empati.2016.15452}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/empati/article/view/15452} }
