Self-Efficacy merupakan keyakinan individu atas kemampuan yang dimilikinya dalam mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dan intensi turnover. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 314 dan sampel penelitian ini 161 dengan karakteristik penelitian masa kerja kurang dari tiga tahun dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Self-Efficacy (27 aitem, α = .92 ) dan Skala Intensi Turnover (20 aitem, α = .84 ). Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya hubungan negative dan signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan intensi turnover (rxy= -.23 dengan p = .003) yang berarti semakin tinggi self-efficacy maka semakin rendah intensi turnover.
