HUBUNGAN ANTARA DUKUNGAN SOSIAL SUAMI DENGAN WORK-FAMILY BALANCE PADA GURU WANITA DI SMA NEGERI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial suami dengan work-fammily balance pada guru wanita di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Purworejo. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 orang guru wanita yang diperoleh dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala work-family balance (32 aitem, α = 0,95) dan skala dukungan sosial suami (46 aitem, α = 0,97). Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial suami dengan work-family balance, rxy = 0,65 dengan p= 0,00 (p < 0,001). Dukungan sosial suami memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 42,4% terhadap work-family balance, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini.
