Oleh karena itu penting bagi tenaga kerja wanita mendapat dukungan sosial. Dukungan sosial bertujuan memperkecil pengaruh tekanan-tekanan atau stres yang dialami tenaga kerja wanita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan dukungan sosial dengan subjective well being pada tenaga kerja wanita di PT. Arni Family Ungaran. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang dengan rentang usia 21-45 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dua skala psikologi, yaitu skala Subjective Well Being (20 aitem, α = 0,874) dan skala Dukungan Sosial (21 aitem, α = 0,850). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r xy = 0,551 dengan p = 0,000 (p<0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dengan subjective well being artinya semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi subjective well being yang dimiliki tenaga kerja wanita di PT. Arni Family Ungaran.
