Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived supervisor support dengan employee engagement pada karyawan PT. XY. Employee engagement adalah kondisi psikologis didalam diri karyawan yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk perilaku karyawan dengan mengekspresikan energi dirinya secara fisik, kognitif dan afektif. Perceived supervisor support adalah penilaian karyawan terhadap kontribusi supervisor dalam terhadap kesejahteraan mereka sebagai utusan dalam organisasi. Jumlah penelitian sebanyak 97 karyawan yang diperoleh melalui propotional sampling . Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala employee engagement, (32 aitem, α = 0,938) dan skala perceived supervisor support (37 aitem, α = 0,946). Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara perceived supervisor support dengan employee engagement karyawan di PT. XY Bekasi (r = 0,690; p < 0,000). Semakin positif perceived supervisor support maka semakin tinggi employee engagement . Perceived supervisor support memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 47,7% terhadap employee engagement sedangkan 52,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.}, issn = {2829-1859}, pages = {102--106} doi = {10.14710/empati.2015.12983}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/empati/article/view/12983} }
