PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN KOMBINASI EKSTRAK DAUN BELUNTAS (Pluchea indica Less) DAN KLORIN TERHADAP ENERGI METABOLIS, AKTIVITAS FOSFATASE ALKALI DAN RETENSI FOSFOR AYAM PEDAGING (The Effect of Combination Beluntas (Pluchea indica Less) Leaves Extract and Chlori

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kombinasi ekstrak daun beluntas dan klorin terhadap energi metabolis, aktivitas fosfatase alkalin dan retensi fosfor. Penelitian menggunakan 140 ekor Day Old Chick (DOC) pedaging dengan bobot badan 45,58±2,99 g, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu T0=Ransum basal tanpa penambahan ekstrak beluntas dan klorin; T1=Ransum basal+(ekstrak daun beluntas 2%+klorin 30 ppm); T2= Ransum basal+(ekstrak daun beluntas 4%+klorin 20 ppm); T3= Ransum basal+(ekstrak daun beluntas 6%+klorin 10 ppm); T4= Ransum basal+(ekstrak daun beluntas 8%+klorin 0 ppm). Parameter yang diamati adalah energi metabolis, aktivitas fosfatase alkalin dan retensi fosfor. Data yang diperoleh dikaji menggunakan analisis ragam dan dilanjutkan uji wilayah ganda Duncan apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh yang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap energi metabolis, aktivitas fosfatase alkalin dan retensi fosfor serta perlakuan T4 memiliki nilai tertinggi dibanding perlakuan kontrol dengan nilai masing-masing 3427,05 Kkal/kg; 3,94 u/l dan 0,24 g. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penambahan kombinasi ekstrak daun beluntas 8% dan klorin 0% dapat meningkatkan konsumsi ransum, energi metabolis, aktivitas fosfatase alkalin, retensi fosfor.

ABSTRACT

 

            This research study was conducted to evaluate the effect of combination beluntas leaves extract and chlorine subtitution in energy metabolic, alkaline phosphatase activity and phosphorus retention. A hundred fourty day old broiler chicks (body weight 45,58±2,99 g) were arrange with completely randomized design with five treatments and four replicates. The treatments were: T0=basal diet; T1=basal diet+(2% beluntas leaves extract+30 ppm chlorine); T2= basal diet+(4% beluntas leaves extract+20 ppm chlorine); T3= basal diet+(6% beluntas leaves extract+10 ppm chlorine); T4= basal diet+(8% beluntas leaves extract+0 ppm chlorine). The treatments were significantly affect (p<0,05) metabolic energy, alkaline phosphatase activity and phosphorus retention. T4 treatment has the highest value compared to the control with the respective value of 3427,05 Kcal/kg, 3,94 U/l, and 0,249 g. In conclusion, the result indicated that supplementing broiler diet with 8% beluntas leaves extract and 0% chlorine can increase feed intake, metabolic energy, alkaline phosphatase activity, phosphorus retention.
